We use USPS Priority Mail to ship our items across the USA as it's most cost-effective. There is an option for free pickup if you live locally and want to come to the Mendenhall Mall to pick up your order, we do not offer local delivery; If you're a local and choose shipping, your items will ship via USPS.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, school store items, shipping, or gift cards.
